We do customized orders, here we only show that we produce this kind product. Each customer has different requirements with size, color, packing way etc., so we can not quote exactly price until clear about all your requirements.
2. What's the product size?
We can make any size according to your requirement. Just tell us the size you need. If you have no idea, we will suggest sizes to you for your reference.
3. Can you design for customer?
Yes! As required, we can design for free. Also we can add your company logo, website, phone number or any your ideas on product.
4. When can I get quotation?
We quote within 24 hours in working days after making clear all your requirements. The earlier we clear all your requirements, the quicker we quote to you. So it is very helpful if you can offer complete requirements in your inquiry.

5. Can I get samples for free?
No, we spend much time & costs on each sample, so each customer should pay to get it. However, we will return your sample cost when you place mass producton order.
6. What's the sample lead time?
7-10 days
7. What's the courier you will use for sample sending?
If you want to use your courier, please tell us your account # with FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT to pay for the sample shipment.
If you want to know the shipment cost by our courier, we will quote you after packing samples well.
8. How about your payment term? Can you accept without any deposit to produce?
1) T/T: 30% deposit, balance be paid against copy of B/L.
2) L/C: Irrevocable L/C at sight
9. What's the delivery time? How do you operate mass production?
The delivery time is around 30-45 days after getting deposit.
1) We begin to prepare moulds, purchase materials etc. after getting deposit.
2) It needs 10-15 days to finish the pre-production job.
3) After that, the order usually needs to wait 3-5 days get on line to be produced.
4) It needs another 10-15 days to finish, however, it depends on your quantity.
